Pressure Washing Policies

  • Ultimate Cleanouts is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or water intrusion.

  • The Client must identify and show all areas prone to water intrusion before the service begins.

  • If areas are not disclosed, the Service Provider is not liable for resulting damage.

  • The Client must provide clear evidence if claiming damage caused by the Service Provider.

Customer Behavior & Right to Refuse Service

  • Harassment, bullying, or disrespect toward staff will not be tolerated.

  • Ultimate Cleanouts reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time, in accordance with NYS law.

  • If service is terminated due to inappropriate behavior, the Client forfeits their booking fee and may be responsible for additional costs.

Booking Fee Policy

  • A non-refundable 25% booking fee is required to secure an appointment.

  • Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion.

  • Refunds are not offered; however, complaints will be addressed within three (3) days of service completion.

Access to Water

  • The Client must provide adequate access to a water source for pressure washing services.


Additional Charges

  • Services such as windows, gutters, patios, fences, etc., are billed separately outside standard house washing.

  • Oxidation or non-organic stain removal is also billed as an additional service.
